Lately

Happy Monday Y'all! Hope you had a blessed weekend! Last week we worked and worked outside. Britton has been busy building our chicken/duck house.
It took up so much evening time.
Glad to say it's done and were getting ready to order many chickens.

We finally got a dry spell so we were able to till our garden and plant!

It brings me much pleasure to go barefoot especially working in the garden.
We planted....onions, sweet peas, green beans, red pepper, green pepper, cucumber, squash, zucchini, tomato, and corn. We don't plant to much extra because we barley have room in our garden. Feels like we accomplished a huge goal! Now looking forward to eating fresh vegetables and canning!

Then they mysteriously shed their shirts and watered the plants....or themselves. :)

Caviar is one of our favorite things to snack on around our house. So easy and good!
I just cut up tomato, onion and pepper and add drained black beans and corn. Then I just stir in Italian dressing, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
SO GOOD with tortilla chips! :)

My boys graduated from Story hour LOL! They had so much fun last year and they are looking forward to the summer program!
Well thats all for now! We have a busy couple weeks coming up with my grandpa and grandma coming from CA and cousins, Uncles and Aunts coming for the New Conference Annual Meeting. Also my brother IS COMING HOME over Memorial day YAY!!! He gets 96 hours :( but we will enjoy every moment. Also my boys birthdays are right around the corner so this coming Sunday is their birthday party...Monster Truck theme :) AND we have approx. 1-2 weeks till we get our court date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) So I feel busy with Dr. appointments and picture appointments and company coming and get-togethers :) I Love this time of year!
